Finding Clarity in the Chaos of Success

At any point in your career, you may be asking:

  • How is it I am pushing harder, but feeling less successful?

  • Have my success strategies become less effective?

  • How can I remain driven and feel at peace?

  • Is it possible for me to slow down without fear of failing?

  • Do I feel solely defined by my profession?

  • How do I begin to create the changes I envision for myself?

  • How do I remain clear, confident, and calm in the midst of change?

These are reasonable questions. Your career, your life, is not just about climbing ladders, but living in alignment.

Meet Therese

A woman with curly blonde hair and glasses, sitting in front of a bookshelf with books and a yellow piggy bank, indoors with sunlight coming through a window behind her.

For over two decades, I’ve coached business leaders, executives, and entrepreneurs through complex career decisions, leadership challenges, and high-stakes transitions. Having navigated my own career and life transitions—including recovery from the effects of alcoholism—I bring a uniquely practical, real-world approach to coaching that emphasizes clarity, structure, and discretion.

Meeting both the individual and the professional where they are, I address high-level career challenges as well as the inner emotional landscape that may be hindering effective decision-making or acceptance of the present reality.

Funny, but true.

Over 20 years ago, a friend and early mentor gave me a sweatshirt for my birthday that read “Perpetual State of Transition.” I couldn’t help but laugh—it was funny, but also incredibly fitting. I loved it so much, I ended up framing the shirt, and it still sits proudly on my bookshelf today. All these years later, my own experiences with transition have become some of the most valuable tools I share with clients.

My Approach

1. I will help you find clarity in the chaos of success…or leadership.

I will help you pause, zoom out, and reimagine your path—often finding solutions without needing drastic change.

2. I will guide you to a deep self-awareness that drives lasting change.

It isn't always about solving surface-level problems—but changing your way of thinking, behavior, and emotional responses. I will help you see the root issues, not just the symptoms.

3. I will focus on your career, but also you as a whole person.

We will talk about your values, mission, spiritual grounding, communication, relationships; it’s not just about climbing ladders, it’s about living with alignment.

4. I will help you find peace while staying driven.

Many coaches can help you push harder. I will help you lead with intention and serenity—especially in high-stakes or high-stress environments.

A Note About Addiction

High-accountability professionals whose lives or careers have been impacted by addiction need a safe, supportive space to explore behaviors that foster both professional success and healthy recovery. If your life has been affected by alcoholism or addiction—whether your own or that of someone close to you—know that this is my area of specialty. Let’s connect for a confidential conversation about your goals.

The Coaching Process

Diagram of the universal growth process showing four stages: awareness, acceptance, action, adherence, arranged in a circle around the central text 'Universal Growth Process' on a light pink background.

The coaching process follows the Universal Growth Process.

AWARENESS – Exploring your current reality. Uncovering who you are and how you are.

ACCEPTANCE – Accepting who you are—without judgment—creating an opening for growth.

ACTION – Adapting and creating strategies to make changes that lead to better outcomes.

ADHERENCE – Staying in a continuous process of ever-deepening awareness.
